CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
1. Healthcare Services Coordinator
Immediate hire. The coordinator is expected to manage clerical and administrative duties. These duties may include but not limited to answering telephone, responding to e-mail, scheduling clients, scheduling classes, recruiting new clients, recruiting prospective students, answering questions, and directing information.
2. Healthcare Assistant
Immediate hire. This position is 'as needed' and hours may vary including some weekends.
Requirements/Expectations: Able to work with health screenings and health fairs. Help with wellness fairs. Re-stock and replenish lab supplies. Help with cleaning, decontamination, and maintaining CPR manikins and other equipment.
3. Classroom Assistant
Immediate hire. The classroom assistant is required to take direction and support the teaching staff. This position will also assist in other duties as assign such as classroom arrangement, record keeping, and maintaining classroom equipment and supplies.
4. Equipment Technician
Immediate hire. The equipment technician is required to take direction and support the staff by preparing, maintaining, and setting up, breaking down, cleaning, and replenishing ALL classroom supplies and equipment on-site as well as remote location. This position will require adequate transportation. This position will require technician to meet instructor(s) at location, deliver and setup teaching materials and equipment including but not limited to CPR manikins, biometric screening equipment, and visual aid displays/AV systems. This position will also assist in other duties as assigned.
5. Healthcare Customer Acquisitions, Marketing & Sales Specialist
Job Duties:
Drive sales through prospecting, cold-calling and developing new business customers
Meet with business owners, managers and their employees
Accomplishes marketing and sales by recruiting and selection perspective clients
scheduling Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits
exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
Making & Procuring at least two clients per week
Perform assessments to determine the most effective acquisition approaches for the client.
Educate clients on relevant tools and resources and respond to client inquiries
The role requires someone with a willingness to execute cold calls
Skills & Abilities:
Must have sales experience and strong client engagement/management skills
Must be energetic, outgoing, and entrepreneurial
Ability to be independent, yet collaborative and team-oriented
Strong project management skills is a plus
Professional behavior and appearance
Job Type:
Independent sub-contract
Compensation:
Commission 15% with possibility of increase
Experience:

Healthcare background preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Education:
Associate Degree in related field (Required); Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Work Location: Primary location is Virginia. Other territories include Prince Georges, & Montgomery Counties, Maryland and the District of Columbia

6. Health & Safety FA/CPR Instructor
Immediate hire. This position is 'as needed' and hours may vary including some weekends. Teaches Red Cross Health and Safety courses within their current "Instructor" certifications such as First Aid, CPR/AED, Babysitter's Training, Pet first Aid, Wilderness & Remote First Aid, and Emergency Medical Response.
Previous experience in education, adult training or service industry preferred. Basic computer and email skills and demonstrated ability to utilize MS Office programs.
Comfort and experience in using audio-visual technology (computer/LCD, PowerPoint, etc.) for educational delivery.
Must have strong presentation abilities and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate course material in a clear and understandable manner. Customer service orientation. Ability to teach effectively in an adult learning environment.
Flexible schedule required during the day, evening or weekends.
Travel: Ability to travel regionally 50-75%.
Current Driver's License preferred. Access to reliable transportation to training sites.
Must be certified as an Instructor.
Must have OWN equipment or access to equipment. Minimum of 4 Adult CPR manikins, 4 Infant CPR manikins, 4 AED Training devices, and students training kits.
