CANCELLATION POLICY:
Since this is a “BLENDED LEARNING CLASS which has a link associated with it to do more than 70% of the class is done on-line, no refund can be issued once the link is sent. There is no way to rescind a link. Therefore, the following policy has be established.
If you must cancel within 48 hours, please contact our main office directly.
REFUND POLICY:
There is absolutely “NO REFUND” for Blended Learning Classes.
RESCHEDULE POLICY:
A $45 Reschedule Fee will be charged for all appointments rescheduled prior to class.
NO SHOW POLICY:
If a registered participant is a no show and absent from their scheduled class, the participant will not receive a refund of any kind. The class may only be rescheduled with the $55 reschedule fee.
CERTIFICATION POLICY:
Most Certifications take 3-5 business days to receive electronically via email, directly from the American Red Cross. A $25 Fee will be charged if a participant requests a certificate to be issued within 72 hours of registered class.
