Phlebotomy Skills Certificate Program
This is a blended course. Parts of this course will require the use of a personal computer at a remote location. This course incorporates classroom study, computer base study and hands-on practice. There will be requirement to take portions of this course at the Falls Church Campus as well as a clinical rotation at a medical facility assigned to each student. A successful graduate of this certificate program will successfully pass all classroom requirements, complete all hands-on requirements, complete all lab assignments with passing score, perform 30 successful venipuncture stick, 10 successful capillary sticks all of which will prepare each student to be eligible to sit for the NHA Certified Phlebotomy Technician Exam. This course is for 3 weeks meeting 9 times Monday Wednesday and Thursdays unless otherwise stated.
